Our content comes from a few sources. Not certain of the exact numbers but I’d say about half, maybe more is totally original content made by the members of FYSC. To be honest, I wish we had more submissions. You can see all of our submissions here. Thanks, by the way, to everyone who sends us their photos. Reblogs from tracked tags and scouring the internet makes up the remainder.
I’d ideally like this blog to be mostly submission-based. So if you have interesting photos of Santa Cruz, ideally not your standard ocean landscapes or tourist-y type photos, then please send them our way.

Lost Boys AND Corey Feldman's band at the Boardwalk tomorrow.
The 1987 Lost Boys was filmed in Santa Cruz with many big scenes right here at the Boardwalk. The campy vampire film stars Keifer Sutherland, Jason Patric, and ”The Two Coreys”: Corey Haim and Corey Feldman! All Lost Boys events are FREE.

6:30pm- Corey Feldman & his band, TRUTH MOVEMENT, on the Beach Bandstand
7:30pm - “Meet and Greet” with Corey Feldman, next to the Beach Bandstand 9:00pm- The Lost Boys movie on the beach
Please note: The movie screen for The Lost Boys will be located behind the bandstand, perpendicular to the back of the stage; movie seating area will face the wharf. The movie screen area will be marked by cones starting at 9am, the screen will be set up after 3pm.
Bring a low back beach chair or beach blanket. Seating is first come- first served.
